October is almost here!

October is a very important month to me! Besides the fact that October is my birthday month, it is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. ZTA chapters from all over the country raise awareness by handing out pink ribbons and shower cards. All month people will wear pink to to support the cause. The Eta Gamma chapter at West Chester University decorates the town pink as well as holds an annual 5k on October 14, 2012. There will be awesome raffels, music and light refreshments. Registation will begin at 9 am in the Sturzbecker gym on South Campus at WCU. Registration fee is $10 for students and children and $15 for adults (water and t-shirt included).
